It breaks in half so that mop head can be fitted. **Q: Do I need products with this or can I clean with water only like ecloths** A: Using just water is fine. Used it yesterday and I have shiny floors and they were very very dirty and had a film on them. Wiped it all away clean and that was 1 months dirt. No streaks dust or any mark left behind. Although mop head was very hard to hard wash clean to spotless new look but it said it came w one mop head refill. Mine came with 2!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and they were great to start *by D***. on 8 October 2017* We had one of these that got worn out, so we opted for the ones with a spray bottle attached, and they were great to start. But after a few weeks, both of the ones with the attached bottle had broken (on different occasions as we bought two different ones), so we have opted to go back to this with a separate spray bottle. It is perfect for our laminated flooring, and works great at cleaning and collecting dust and particles from the floor. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good mop- works really well *by N***I on 27 November 2017* I have been using vileda flat mops for over 10yrs and it never failed to dissapoint. I gave only 4 points because i found the microfibre cloth to be a little less quality (thickness) than previous ones i've had.
