Inserted an ID data sim into dongle, booted up my laptop (Windows 10), inserted the Dongle into USB on my laptop and after just about a minute of flashing light on the Dongle, it suddenly changed to a solid blue light, telling me that I had a an excellent 4G connection on the local 3 mast.
