There's always 3-4 clicks difference** A: No, you don't have to readjust grind size each time. I use my Hario Mini daily but only wash once a week to remove the coffee oil. I feel that is sufficient. You need to make sure you replace the wing nut the correct way up after cleaning. If positioned incorrect way round the doesn't grind. Grind position remains the same on every grind until you wish to adjust. **Q: is the outer burr supposed to be seating firmly? as mines is loose and would fall down and touch the inner burr. Looks like a defect** A: I checked mine, the Outer burr is supposed to rest, under it's own weight, on top of the inner burr.
