They are the same size as the Shirly pump (6 1/2 C)and are so comfortable I was able to stand through the ceremony and dance as well. The first pair have a 1 3/4" heel and are very attractive.The Shirly pumps fit the same. I order the wider size because I have bursitis on my left big toe. The lining is padded in both these shoes. These are so attractive, I can wear them for dress and casual. I wore them all day shopping and preparing dinner and they were like slippers. The pressure on the foot screws was too much to bear.
