First day you could feel te spice if ya know what I mean! Then no bothersome loo visits. It seems like my food was disappearing in me, when I used to do outdoor persuit a I would eat a massive dinner and it would disappear never to be seen again. So I thought maybe they were helping me assimilate my food a bit. Got nice warm tingling in my fingertips but after a while of taking them I started to feel very cold after the warming effects wore off. It has been very cold so I think the Cheyenne was making me not notice the cold. I got some weird aches and pains but it also seemed to help my general old woman knees and rheumatism pains. So that was nice. It made my poo smell a bit weird so I stopped taking it for a few days. And it's probably quite a strong Dose te capsules are quite large.
