They are UVC (USB Video Class) devices which use the default drivers in the operating system, which is how they achieve compatibility with a wide range of software. **Q: Can i use 2 cameras through this?** A: No. The one HDMI port is for input from your camera, the other one is a loop through which you can connect to a monitor to see what is going on.
