When you have a vegetarian daughter you get used to checking ingredient lists for this !) and obviously the fish oil ! **Q: Okay for normal people to have it** A: It is a diet supplement supposed to keep your heart healthy ... to start taking it when you got problems is a bit late ... but a healthy diet, weight and excercise does the trick as well. Best ask your pharmacist discussing your medical details ... most GP's recommend to save your money and live healthyly. **Q: Is this tablet easy to swallow** A: There are 3 capsules to swallow a day - 2 micro nutrient capsules (green blister) and 1 Krill oil capsule (purple blister). The Krill oil capsule is very easy to swallow. The other 2 are bigger and slightly harder to swallow but I haven't had any problems in swallowing them so far. The trick is to take them one at a time with a full glass of water. **Q: Is it ok to open the capsule and take contents with a cold drink?** A: I don’t see why not?
