Review: Great set of containers - Branded containers at a great price. The large one is suitable for making 1L of yogurt and the stick on thermometer is perfect for showing the correct water temperature. I hand wash them but I’m pretty sure they are dishwasher safe.

**Q: can the new mixer's be used in the old carrier and how**
A: The only difference between the old and new Easiyo yogurt makers is the shape. The volume is the same but the old jar will not fit the new outer container. Just follow the instructions on the packet of powder and check that the contents are not out of date. Hope that helps.

**Q: Do you know if this is the old 'original' size and shape, please?**
A: HiNo these are the new style - EasiYo have not made the old style ones for over a year now. EasiYo designed these new style ones to fit and work in both the old style and the new style 1Kg yoghurt makers.RegardsBigger Trading t/as BiggerJugs

**Q: Can you use Hansells yoghurt**
A: I used all kinds of plain yoghurt and got really good results with all of them. It should be fine.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than the old design

I have an old Easiyo that I've had for many years, and decided to buy a new one as the plastic around the lid of the old one was starting to deteriorate. I was highly delighted when the new one arrived as the design is much improved. The wider, shorter jar is so much easier to use, to get the yoghurt out. It fits in the fridge better, and also, it is rounded at the bottom so that you don't get any yoghurt trapped like in the old style jars. My only gripe is that you can't buy the large jar on its own, but only with the 2 small ones, which I don't use in the Easiyo - I am using them to store other stuff but don't really need them. This is why I'm only giving 4 stars. I am ordering another set because it's useful to have several on the go. Very pleased!
