**Q: What accessories are included? Full toner, software, etc..?**
A: The OKI Pro 8432WT is a factory sealed bran new unit delivered through the OKI distributor  and all accesories as packed by OKIDATA, i believe that they include all software and full yield toners.

A: It's called SPACE CONTROL.  It need to be plugged in USB printer to desktop/laptop

### ⭐ This machine DOES NOT deliver as promised

I purchased this printer in November and have had nothing but issues with it when it comes to the white toner. The other colors work just fine; but white toner was the ENTIRE reason for the purchase of this machine, as I can get the other colors through the customary use of of sumblimation printing or even HTV. The white toner has NEVER correctly married to a shirt. I've contacted customer service, and my sales rep, who told me she "may be going radio silent for a while, but she would get answers for me from the higher ups..." That was in March. It's now June, I have not heard one word from them. When I tried to return the machine, the sales rep told me that wasn't possible. I am using a MAC, and although this company claims to be MAC compatible, the TransferRIP software they developed specifically for this machine is not compatible with MAC OS. So, I went and dumped even more money into this endeavor by purchasing a brand new laptop that is compatible with the software, hoping that would solve my issue with the toner. No such luck. At that point I was frustrated beyond words, so I purchased airfare, hotel room, and tickets to the ISSA Trade Show in Atlantic City (closest trade show to where I live) so I could visit the OKI booth and finally get some answers. I brought a few of my shirts with me to show my results to the OKI reps, as well as several photos of all of the projects I've wasted money and time on with this printer. Nobody could provide any explanation as to why this product isn't delivering as promised. All in all, I've spent over $12,000 on this machine including the machine itself, replacement parts, toner drums, transfer paper (which runs $4 per 11x17 sheet), and trying several troubleshooting avenues. That total doesn't include the amount of money I've lost due to the fact that several shirts were completely ruined by this white toner disaster.

et me start by saying the printer and the accompanying RIPsoftware will need a dedicated amount of time invested in learning its capabilities. Once this is achieved, you should then determine what specific niche of garment printing might actually earn you a profit, because overall, this printer is nothing more than a well-marketed cash grab that produces mediocre results on most jobs. Why? The resulting prints lack color vibrancy, they have a coarse, construction-paper like texture, and easily crack when stretched. (And these are the prints that you do manage to complete successfully). Printing 16” x 20” (or larger) images will almost certainly require a heat press at least that size, if you don't own one already. Without it, you will struggle to succesfully print large, one-off designs with any consistency. The transfer paper replacement cost is in the neighborhood of $400+ bucks for 100ct of the EZ 2-step A and B sheets, which are supposedly for applying transfers to dark garments. The EZ 1-step transfer paper for white garment printing, (which does not require the adhesive tobe manually applied to your printed image) is an absolute joke, even when done correctly, because the toner image printed RARELY fully transfers to the garment when pressed. The overall quality of white toner printed images are comparable to iron-on ink jet transfer prints, but worse.I specifically now only use this printer for pocket-sized, full-color logos. This is because I can print on avg between 8-14 images per 11” x 17” transfer sheet. From there I can turn a decent profit from 8 shirts. Since the design is small, the papery-texture feel is avoided. Single print, larger designs will prove costly, as the margin for error greatly increases the larger the design you are trying to print. This is due to the marrying process which is a necessary step with white toner printers. "Marrying" involves bonding the transfer adhesive to the back of the image/design you just printed. Once this step is done, the last step would be place your printed toner image with the newly affixed adhesive onto a garment and heat press it. I guarantee, many things can and will go wrong during "marrying", resulting in damaged, incomplete, and wasted prints. You will get frustrated. You will end up trashing several of your EZ-2 step A transfer adhesive sheets, your EZ-2step B image transfer sheets, or both. Overall, I would suggest to anyone interested in this (or other white toner printer models), to consider DTF (direct-to-film) printing instead. Many of the printing steps are similar, but DTF prints far superior, more vibrant images, and is way less costly to get started and maintain. Oh, and did I mention replacing the toner cartridges with this printer will cost you $1000 or more?****Update****04/19/22 About a month ago, I finally managed to sell the Okidata printer and cut my losses. Since I am still responsible for the monthly payments (courtesy of Marketing) the best move for me was getting rid of the printer and using proceeds from it's sale to buy DTF supplies.

Look my group page and biz page up on FBGroup: Powder Coating KingsBiz: Armour Koating IncI have had this printer for 2 years and struggled in the beginning I also use RIP Transfer software from forever transferTook me 2-4 months to figure it out (but it was off and on). Now it makes amazing shirt or what every I want to use it for. There are a lot of different paper to use from shirt laser dark paper to water slide to sticker paper. Combine this with a vinyl cutter like the Titan 3 24” and you can print images and contour cut it am bam you have professional stickers. I also use Adobe CC for what ever design work I am doing.
