For my meal replacement shakes I also use a few cubes of ice and it is great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice shaker, but the coil is a bit rubbish *by R***G on 24 December 2017* As someone else said, these could withstand a nuclear blast because they are built that sturdy. However, in my opinion, that is only applicable to the outside of the shaker. The metal coil inside (in my opinion) is a bad design, and this is based on the fact that I bought three of these, and one of them had an "overstretched" coil. With frequent use, these coils look like they will stretch. Before I ordered these, I was using a shaker that I got free with a powdered energy drink - that had a sturdy plastic mesh - and it mixed my Almased quickly and easily without lumps.
