I've only used this for making tapioca pudding with milk - very traditional, but excellent!! **Q: Is this quick cook? How long does it take to boil?** A: I make tapioca pudding. I put one of tapioca to ten of milk and a knob of butter in s casserole dish. Cook in a low to medium oven for an hour and half. **Q: Where is this product shipped from?** A: UK **Q: Is this the 'traditional' pudding tapioca that schools used decades ago to make tapioca pudding?** A: Yes this is definitely good old fashioned Tapioca. It is delicious if you make it with a quarter pint of cream and the rest milk. Do not use more than just over a heaped tablespoon to a pint of liquid unless you want a really thick stodgy pudding.
