Product is great, but thanks to Brexit, the delivery wasn't. It came from the UK to Spain, then went back to the UK again (Brexit paperwork) was authorised by Amazon, came back to Spain, and then got stuck in a UPS warehouse (Brexit paperwork). Two days ago I supplied the required paperwork, this has not been acknowleged, and UPS have hobbled themselves with IT and Spanish robots with pre-programmed instructions that prevent me from speaking with a human being. Easter then caused further delay, so that I was out when it finally arrived. Thankfully UPS have a local hub from where it was easy to collect. Sony Alpha 7 IV is a great camera though and worth the money.
