As I felt he needed to practise maths and to be challenged, I thought it would be the answer. And sure it was. The book is divided into two parts: the first part (Number, Word and Real life problems -level 4&5)would definitely suit Y6 pupils, who want to brush up on their maths and solve additional problems, but some questions would be very useful for Y5 pupils preparing for 11+ exam. The second part (Time yourself tests) allows students to check what s/he learnt. Answers included are a big help.
