A very simple task like reading an email was beyond their capabilities, basic sentences were beyond their grasp. The team just reinforced my original thought that this item and this company is best given a wide birth and avoided. there are lots of other reputable brands to choose from other than these. This means it's no longer waterproof or can use housing accessories.
