Some are by Peak Design, some Logitech. I bought this strap for an up and coming London Street Photography trip I've planned just for some added security. I'm using it in conjunction with a Peak Design hand strap. So the Arca plate underneath the camera that comes with the Peak Design hand strap is the anchor point I'm using for this Smallrig strap. Just means I less likely to drop the camera and makes it harder for a thief to grab it from my hand as robbery is reportedly rife in London. I tested it out a few days ago on a Scotland Trip with the Fujifilm XT2 and the 18-55 kit lens which together are a little weighty due to the high quality build of them. The strap was super easy to fit, easily adjustable with just one hand when you go to pop it on and feels strong and well made. I don't think it's real leather though. One of these fake PU leathers I think, so we'll see how long it lasts. A leather one would no doubt last many years. We'll have to see with this inferior fake leather. But as I said, it seems like good quality out of the box. I'm very happy with it for my first impressions. If it fails early or wears early I'll come back and alter my review accordingly. I love the design, the dark tan and black colour (looks cool with the Fuji camera with it having that old film SLR look to it) and I think the price is fair as I'd expect to pay maybe nearer to £30 for something like this (but maybe proper leather for £30-35 ISH). If it does what it's designed to do though and stops my camera getting nicked in a few weeks time when I go to London then it's done it's job. I'll take some photos for you so you can see how I've fitted it to the XT2 with the Swiss Arca tripod thread plate. Worth every penny. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality leather and secure. *by C***R on 11 October 2025* Really nice quality, soft leather so it’s nice and comfortable but secure for my valuable camera. I’m using it on my Olympus PEN-F Micro 4/3 camera which has a bit of weight to it but fits in a large pocket so I don’t need a full neck strap and this keeps the camera handy on my wrist when I’m using it. The leather makes it nice and grippy so there’s no risk of it slipping off.
