         Thank you for your attention to our WktobeHVB resistance loop bands. These bands are loops. 10”/12” is the length when the bands are laid flat. In other words, the perimeter of the 10” ones is 2*10”=20", and the perimeter of the 12" ones is 2*12"=24".
         The 12" ones which can provide a greater range of motion are fit for the tall person, and the 10" ones are suitable for the small people. If your height is over 1.7m, you can choose the 12" ones, otherwise the 10" ones are more suitable for your mostly ankle exercises.
