**Q: What kind of expiry date does a bottle have, and how long after you've opened it can it be used?**
A: Looks like November 2024.
It does not say anything about how long it can be used once opened.

**Q: Can this be used for candy apple making ?**
A: Not sure,  I used this product to encase strawberries in a hard candy shell and it worked perfectly.
