A: This is an excellent oil dispenser puts a very fine droplet where its needed, it can be refilled

**Q: is the oil supplied conductive or non-conductive?**
A: Shesto do not specify. However, they do also make one with specific Electrical Contact Oil, if that's more what you were looking for.

A: Yes it is refillable - the needle unscrews

**Q: Can this oil be used on model railway locomotives**
A: I believe that's its original intention. It's a ok oil and the bottle is handy. Little on the flimsy side but still a good bottle.
