**Q: I want to buy as a gift for someone long distance so is being carried back by a friend.  Is there anything in this set that is date sensitive?  ie out**
A: Shelf life is over a year. And ut doesn't need to be refrigerated. So you'll be fine.

A: Hi. This wa bought as a gift so I checked with the person I bought it for. Everything you need is included except for milk (and natural yoghurt I'm the case of Feta)  you are able to make upto 20 different types of cheese. Hope this helps. (P'S. He's a true foodie and good cook too and he's really chuffed with this )

**Q: Can you make stilton?**
A: No recipes are included for any form of blue cheese.

**Q: 2 questions please - Can you use Pasteurised milk? Does it have to be full fat or can you use semi skimmed? Thank you**
A: 1. Yes, you can use pasteurised milk.
2. You can use full-fat, semi-skimmed or skimmed. The cheese will be slightly different for each type, but all will be nice. I'd suggest you try both and see which one you prefer. You'll find that full-fat milk makes cheeses that melt better, so it's good for things like mozzarella. But it's really personal preference.

This is a good starter kit for anyone looking to dip their toe in the cheese making world. Super easy instructions in realistic quantities designed for homemade cheese. The only reason for 4 & not 5 star relates to the cheese types. The book gives a recipe for Ricotta and Greek salad cheese however, they are more stylised. Once you youtube the recipes you'll soon realise but hay, if your just starting who cares.
