I have enough to be able to use them in hot chocolate when I fancy it and also in baking. They aren't flavoured, except maybe as vanilla? So if someone in the family prefers their marshmallows to be plain but sweet, these will be fine for them. They arrived quickly and were well packaged as well. Personally I don't think you can go far wrong with them, but I would advise caution if you're reading this and thinking of small children having them, because they could be a choking hazard.
