I just got it yesterday and I think it got rid of muscle knots I was born with. Hurt so good. It’s pretty lightweight, I was worried about it moving out of place but it was fine.

I have had tight psoas for years and finally have gotten around to doing something about it after enough injuries. For limited use with the "name brand" version that is twice as expensive, this works just as well for a much better price. The technology is the same across both of them as well. They are both two pieces of molded plastic screwed together. Yes this is a hard, because it's supposed to be to really dig into your psoas. And Wow, does it dig in. But I can feel the muscles starting to release after a week of use. If you're even psoas-curious, get this and try it.

Is somewhat bulky/hard to store but I guess that just comes with the territory. It is adequate for psoas release but you shouldn't expect it to be a cure-all for lower back pain; you need to couple it with strengthening exercises. Is built out of sturdy enough plastic it gets beat on/thrown around and hasn't been broken
