I use the big name grey plastic lids just slightly twisted on the jars with these weights inside. Fit perfectly with their beautiful notch knob. Great addition, nice heavy glass weight and VERY happy with the box they come in, with its pre formed cut outs that hold each weight like a luxury storage container. These would make a great gift for encouraging fermenting foods. They have this extra level beauty with the knob notches, which I find endearing.
