What am i doing wrong?** A: Grip the handle, keep it in line with the pipe being deburred, insert the blade into the end of the pipe and drag the blade round the inside of the rim of the pipe with an action a bit like turning a tiny crank handle. It needs to spin as it runs round the inside of the pipe. Works a treat. Sorry, I don't know how to download a video! **Q: Is the blade supposed to rotate freely?
