I have tried a lot more expensive ones, like the ones by New Chapter, Floradix and others - and they do nothing for me. With this one, my migraines disappeared immediately and my energy was so much better - in just 1-2 days. I have been using it for over a year and will keep buying it. My father, who has serious health issues and really bad anaemia, also noticed a quick difference in his energy. I have sometimes taken two a day, and a friend of mine took even 4-5 when she had to quickly raise her haemoglobin before surgery. It totally did the trick. So far we have noticed no side effects even with higher doses (in emergencies). Except, if you have sleeping problems, you should take it only in the morning.
