I saved some $$$ by changing the plugs myself, it was a fist and time consuming removing chassis parts in order to gain access to the coils/spark plugs, a 14mm deep socket and long extension is need to get the old plugs out, from start to finished almost 2 hours in my garage, I search YouTube for the how to...video for reference. you need a torque wrench to ensure proper 15 ft-lbs torque.
