Spf 15 sems low** A: If you need more protection get a higher SPF. I use factor 30/50 on face and chest which are my areas that burn then use this F15 on legs and arms. My husband uses this all over as he tans easily. It's all down to your skin so only you can judge but I wouldn't mix two together as different formulations might interact and cause rashes or a lowering of overall protection. This is a really great oil as it's not greasy but doesn't dry out your skin either and barely needs rubbing in. **Q: Does it work or stain cloths** A: It works and dissent stain clothes **Q: Can you use this before a sun bed?** A: Using carrot oil while in sunbeds will be perfectly safe, provided you follow the normal guidelines for use of sunbeds. The carrot oil won't give you any protection from the UV radiation in the sunbed, so you shouldn't stay in any longer than you normally would.
