**Q: Are these sweet, vinegar-y or briney/salty? I don't like sweet vinegar combinations so this important. Thank you in advance!**
A: The conserve solution contains both salt and vinegar but neither dominates the taste. I have been buying them for some time and this is the only brand I purchase. In my view the quality and taste are far superior to other brands. Hope this is helpful.

I love pickled garlic, coming from an Eastern European family. the texture of the garlic is there - it's nice and crunchy. furthermore, it also doesn't have a strong garlic flavour but unfortunately they are really salty - at least when it comes to eating them as a side. probably would be amazing in a roast, or a salad.
