Matcha is 100% green tea leaves, ground to a fine powder – essentially a super power green tea. Matcha tea bushes are grown under shade which boosts their chlorophyll content (that’s the bright green stuff that contains all the ents). The leaves are then ground to a fine powder so when you drink matcha, you’re ingesting every little bit of green tea good stuff. Drinking matcha can be like drinking 10 cups of regular green tea for its ent value – that’s why we call it super power green.We've added mint to our matcha sachets: each individual portion contains a full 1g serving of pure, premium matcha and 1g of real peppermint leaves. Hot or cold. make a hot latte: add matcha mint sachet into a glass add a little hot milk (brown rice milk is our favourite) and give it a whisk top with hot frothy milk make a hot tea: add matcha mint sachet into a glass add a little hot water and whisk until smooth top up with hot water We would suggest using 80 degree water - green tea can be damaged with boiling water and can give it a bitter taste.
