It has a strong perfume scent, reaks havoc on my sinus but well worth it. It leaves hair, soft and healthy looking, not greasy, as long as you use sparringly. It detangles hair like it says, without having to wait. It works instantly, put it in and comb through immediately, I haven't enjoyed combing through my hair this much in Avery long time :-) . Item arrived quickly. Packaging was minimal; wrapped in bubble plastic and placed in an envelope, product was undamaged so I guess it doesn't matter.
