Otherwise you have to provide a drinking tube or straw. **Q: how many calories in one drink?** A: I looked up on Amazon (product description) and each small bottle holds 125 ml and each ml is 2.4 k/cal, so I believe that means there are 300 calories in each little drink. I know that my elderly neighbour loved them and as she would not/could not eat very much they were ideal for keeping her going and giving her the valuable nutrition she needed. I hope this helps. **Q: Does this contain potassium?** A: Im not on Fortisip now changed to Fresubin thickened stage 1 but even that has Potassium. They smell delicious & her favourite is 'Velvety Vanilla'.
