I learned that you have to use this a certain way. Melt it, but temper it just like you would chocolate. If it's too hot, it will be too runny and it won't work great and will drip. (if it does drp, just let it dry hard and it will come off anything.) Practice makes perfect and after some trial and error you will get it to the right consistency. Once applied let it dry...until it's rock hard! If at all sticky it won't work. Once hard, use your nail to lift an edge. Once you can grab an edge, rip fast against hair growth. Look closely at what you pulled off and you will be shocked to see how many hairs are sticking to it. People say it hurts, but what waxing doesn't?
