It's ok but get something larger if you have to feed more than one. **Q: Will this chopper be able to onion/garlic/ginger fine enough (paste like) for Asian cooking?** A: I've chopped onion, garlic and scotch bonnet peppers to a puree successfully. I haven't tried ginger which is harder though **Q: I have 500W power converter, from 250 to 110. Let me know how powerfull is this, how many wats this product need, since I am in USA.** A: 400 watts **Q: Is the blender plastic or glass? Thanks!
