I did an exchange up to 700 cc so I bought an xxl. I can’t express enough how important a post recovery bra is vs a regular sports bra. You only get one chance so you want them to heal properly. The main thing for me was the rows of adjustable hooks on the straps AND the front. The shoulder straps are wide yet adjustable so it won’t dig or shift around yet supportive for larger implants. The material is fine. I wanted something comfortable to sleep in. Durable yet comfortable. The bottom band is also stable which was important to me. You want them to have a supporting shelf to rest. Prevents drooping. I am not only extremely relieved but very happy. This one’s a no brainer in my opinion.
