The fed ex guy told us that they took up his whole truck **Q: Can you take it apart and store when not using** A: Doesn't seem like it's designed to take apart for storage. You would have to take out screws that had been drilled into it, and re-drilling the screws might make the plastic holes not as sturdy. Plus it would be a big hassle to take apart.
