Yes you only get one drawer pull for that price. I took another star away because it took extremely long to receive my order. I placed the order on December 29th. I knew that it would take a while because the estimated ship date was so far out. I didn't receive my order until Feb. 11th. They were shipped directly from China and I wasn't able to track my order like I am usually able to with my other amazon orders. The drawer pulls look antique but it doesn't feel antique, I was expecting them to be a little heavier, and more rustic.
