Questo collirio lo uso sia di notte che di giorno, ma principalmente di notte prima di andare a dormire perché al momento dell'applicazione rende la vista un po' offuscata per i primi 5 minuti (essendo molto pastoso rispetto ai classici colliri). Mi trovo molto bene, mi evita la secchezza al mattino quando mi sveglio e attenua l'effetto "occhi gonfi".
