Bonus feature is the tea making fuction - it gives you different temperatures for black, green, white and oolong tea so it is used all day long, not only for coffee making. ### ⭐ Design flaw, don't buy *by A***R on 16 July 2024* Delonghi Primadonna Elite Experience The steam pipe keeps popping out and I'm unable to use it, and now I have to send the machine back for the 2nd time! This problem started just after the no fuss return window had expired and it left me to the merci of DeLonghi support, who I must say have been good so far. But they don't come out to fix your machine, and they don't give you a replacement, no you have to re-package the faulty machine and hope you haven't thrown the box away! I'm still in the 1st year and I regret having purchased this top of the range, expensive machine. We're not even heavy users of the machine, we make between 4-12 cups a week between us and the coffee is very good overall.
