It’s extremely sensitive. It’s nice to fish several hours straight remains comfortable. You feel every peck from the smallest fish. It holds up well to larger trout. The construction is excellent quality. No signs of stress cracks. Guides are perfect condition. I nailed a lot of fish. Because I was able to feel the smallest hits the rods action allowed for setting the hook immediately. I’m very pleased and encourage you to buy this rod. It definitely gave me confidence when I hit the water with it. I use a 8lbs braided line with a 5 foot leader of flourcarbon.
