Review: good quality, rehydrated easily, kinda pricy - We put part of the can in a zipper-lock bag and took it backpacking. It rehydrated easily, tasted good, and was a hit with our group. (We made a Thai curry with it.) The remainder of the can we vacuum sealed in bag and so far it is keeping well. Our only hesitation is how expensive this is.
