Review: Great product! Works exactly as intended and incredible customer service! - Don't use this with a dimmable transformer! It will not work and likely will damage the switch/controller. Lesson learned the hard way. Go for a constant voltage transformer. That key point aside I'm super happy with this unit and had multiple conversations back/forth with the seller to sort out my issue. They were quick to respond and helped me get it working with a replacement unit after I unknowingly fried mine with a dimmable transformer. I have it setup and working through a 3/4" plywood side panel exactly as described and love the setup! Totally hidden and works perfectly. Not typically one to spend my time writing reviews but there's quite a few that seemed to have issues with it and I'm hopeful my mistakes will save someone else. Additionally the seller was so helpful and responsive that I feel the least I can do is give them the credit they deserve!
