It counts down, it counts up, it does Tabata, we don’t use them all, but they are nice to have if we ever need to. We use it in our gym and it is just what we need to crush our workout because it takes the guessing out of how long we’ve been at it. The size of the product is also a great so we can see it throughout our entire room. You can easily read the screen because of the large numbers.
