I first used these products when I was younger on my virgin hair (straight with medium volume and thickness think somewhere between 1b and 1c) prior to any color products being applied. Since I started coloring my hair, I tend to use more salon quality Products geared towards color treated hair. However, I’ve religiously use these products on my dogs and cats as an economical alternative to “pet shampoos” Which I have found to actually cause a lot of skin irritation, dryness and not address any of the specific concerns that they claim to. Honestly, if I ever stop coloring my hair and go back to natural hair, I would definitely use this as an alternative to salon products on my own hair.
