Review: Good quality pilates ring - This was bought for my husband and hasn't seen much use as yet, but is identical to the one I've been using for years. The size is perfect so it is an adaptable piece of kit for different exercises and the pads are good. If it proves as reliable and robust as my one (and only time will tell) then I will be pleased. The price was good and there was a good range of colours.

Using this to strengthen his arms, shoulders and legs he has been able to build up stamina to be able to stand from seated and within only a couple of weeks I can see better muscle tone. but do not find it as supple as same make ring used in Pilates class, plastic coating is more rigid and less resistant. Not a bad thing I suppose !
