The other parts you will need are new lower control arms and bigger alignment bolts, I believe the alignment bolts are sold at most Nissan dealers for cheap, maybe Z1 off road offers them as well. If your lower control arms are old the bushings can't handle new alignment bolts. If you are lifting an Xterra I recommend buying all of it up front then putting it all on yourself and then get an alignment. Everything I mentioned is easy to install in a driveway, when you lift your front end disconnect the sway bar links on both sides while truck is on wheels, then re attach them after lift is installed on both sides and truck is back on ground!
