I also established a direct serial over BT connection at 115200 baud from both Windows and Android and was able to query using standard ELM327 v2.3 commands. I was not able to connect to the BLE from Android, however. Review: Try different Apps if first one doesn't connect easily to your car's ECU - Used to clear injection (emissions) fault code on Fiat Doblo, which had failed MOT because of warning light. Also works on my Citroen Berlingo.
