I hope this helps.The best spreader are the big Scott's ones with a stainless steel chassis and "edge guard" but not only are they expensive, they are quite big to get on and off a van all day, so they can do your back in.As the other commentators say ..putting this Chinese item together can be a bit difficult. It is a wee bit stiff to those who have not used the before. Keep screwing down until it is tight and at the position indicated on the diagram.
