I need to splice another wire into the existing one.** A: I've never tried it but I would think so cause it pulls the outer insulation from T&E with out damage to the insulation of the inner cores **Q: Is there a hole for cutting socket screws?** A: No there is no hole for cutting socket screws **Q: Has anybody compared this with the C.K automatic wire stripper? Is it better?** A: CK is a good choice but the Klein has a metal measure guide (all the other makes are plastic and tend to snap off after some use); also, the Klein has a metal cutting blade between the handles.
