Review: Versatile, compact, easy to use! - I am obsessed with this! How did I not discover them before in my many years of running?! I saw them being featured at one of the youtube videos/olympic runner I was watching where they used this before their long run and after their long run. It's definitely a convenient, yet versatile way to get a 'roller' massage in without having roll all over the floor using the typical foam roller. The massage effectiveness is as good as a regular foam roller. The only downside is this very costly, but the value for money is definitely worth it if you're a serious runner or serious about your recovery! The firmness is fantastic and I love that I can adjust the overall tension if I want as well. Not only that I use this for my legs and glutes, but I actually also use it for my forearm and biceps/triceps. Great recovery tool for the arms as well especially after a heavy 'arm day' session at the gym. Not to mention, this is also very conveniet to pack and easy to travel with!
Review: Amazing!!! - This may very well be one of the best purchases of my life!! LOVE IT Absolutely amazing, I wish I would have owned it years ago. don't waste your money on anything cheap. I finally bit the bullet and spent the money. Worth every penny. THANK YOU !!!!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: can you advise the width on the ,i bought one similar at a store up here but its not that wide**
A: Hi Joe, thank you for reaching out! Did you buy the ROLL Recovery R8 Plus at a store? If you roll it onto your leg it will easily open up. To see how we have education videos below: https://rollrecovery.com/pages/education

**Q: Does the adjustment knob decrease the pressure significantly enough to use this one rather than the previous model without the adjustment knob?**
A: I only have the adjustable one, so I can't compare between the two. I will say that I am over 65 and can only use the R8+ with the adjustment knob set to "minimum" - otherwise, the pressure is too much. I also had to order the "Super Plush" rollers, as I found the ones that came with the roller too hard. I am very happy with the setup I have, though. I use it on my legs and arms, and it the almost as good as getting a massage.
There are times when, even with the setting to "minimum", I have to pull the rollers apart from each other a little in order to decrease the pressure (when rolling over my shins, for example).

**Q: Does this come with extra rollers?**
A: Hi - thank you for your question! The R8 Plus comes with two standard insert rollers. You can purchase the Super Plush or Super Deep Inserts separately. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

**Q: Should you unwind the tension when not using it?**
A: Hi - thank you for reaching out! There's no reason so adjust the tension when not using. Feel free to keep it at your preferable tension. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
