My main concern when purchasing supplements like this is safety. This is a product of Canada, so I feel more confident that it is safe. This product is very easy to keep in a kitchen cabinet and add to beverages. I typically sprinkle it into a cup of tea in the late afternoon when I am relaxing with a book. On its own, it definitely has a minty flavor. In tea, I cannot taste it at all. The dosage is about 20 drops, and the bottle seems to be lasting a very long time! My main reason for purchasing this was because I went on a trip to Eastern Europe last week and wanted to make sure that my digestive tract was well prepared for eating a new type of diet in Hungary and the Czech Republic. I had no problems at all during my vacation, which I am not sure is attributable to this product, but it certainly has not hurt my gastrointestinal system that I can detect. I have only been using this product for about 1 and 1/2 months, so I cannot speak to its long-term effects. My main concern when purchasing supplements like this is safety. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Has potassium sorbate in it

Just got this after waiting over a week for it to be delivered. Was disappointed to see potassium sorbate on the ingredient list, as it’s not a good chemical for the gut. Am forced to try this as it seems Amazon does not sell iberogast anymore, which was really helpful!
