    Don't seem to be 100% cotton

Not as cool as the 'free' hotel slippers I've had before and was expecting them to be the same - terry towelling (100% cotton). A bit disappointed and have ordered a different make to try to get a more absorbent material and which would also be cooler to wear. The sole material also slides on the sole base, so do need to be careful when walking in them.

There's a lot of slipper sticking out behind my heel, which surprised me as I wear size 8UK shoes and did not expect such a big overlap - but this does not seem to affect walking as my feet are held snugly in front.  I use similar shoes when I go swimming and like the padding under - soothing for arthritic feet, and the rubber soles are like my present pair and good for non-slip.  Have not yet worn them at the pool, but look like they will be OK. Reasonable price.

I thought they would be massive but they are not.  3 friends who normally wear  shoe sizes 5 - 9 wore these slippers.  The width  was comfortable and expanded without being too tight.  expensive compared to others but quality is better.
